Pierre-Emmanuel Testard is a photographer based in Paris. Immersed in the world of the emerging Parisian music scene, he quickly developed a sensitivity for portraiture which he treats with radicality and spontaneity, using colour as an essential component of the image. The play of contrasts between the colours and the tight framing of his images offers an optimistic and soft interpretation of the present world and its personalities.
