Tami Aftab Featured Permanently in National Portrait Gallery Exhibition Celebrating Female Photographers
In an exhibition called New Visions and Voices: Contemporary Portraits by Women, London-based photographer Tami Aftab has had four photographs featured.
Tami’s portraits of musicians Olivia Dean, Joy Crookes, gardener Poppy Okotcha and chef Erchen Chang are available to see.
The permanent exhibition is supported by the Chanel Culture Fund and displays a range of works from female photographers, particularly women of colour, which marks the second major female photography event since the gallery’s reopening in its commitment to greater diversity in the arts.
You can find more details about the exhibition here.
Congratulations, Tami!
