Natalija Gormalova is a visual artist working in photography, film and moving image, based between Accra and London. She explores social and environmental issues, global migration, gender rights, culture, and identity.

Since graduating from the Royal College of Art in London, her photographic works have appeared in various publications such as The New York Times, The National Geographic, The Washington Post, The Guardian, and The British Journal of Photography. Some of her clients include Ghanaian-British designers T-Michael, Ozwald  Boateng and Nigerian singer CKay. Natalija’s directorial short film debut  “Spirits We Dance” has received multiple film awards including Winner of the Best Experimental Film from Cannes Independent Film Festival and the Best Director from Montreal Independent Short Film Festival.
